FAQ

Questions operators ask

Which routers are supported?

Any MikroTik running RouterOS 6.49 or newer, from a hAP lite to a CCR. The setup command configures the hotspot for you.

Do I need technical skills?

If you can open Winbox and paste one line, you can set it up. Everything else (packages, prices, vouchers, withdrawals) is done from your phone or computer in a simple panel.

How and when do I get my money?

Customer payments go into your balance as they happen. Request a withdrawal to your mobile wallet or bank whenever you like; you can also pay your monthly fee straight from your balance.

Can customers cheat or share one code?

No. Each code is locked to the phone that paid (unless you sell multi-device plans), users are cut off automatically when time or data runs out, and the router blocks common tunnelling tricks.

What if my router has no public IP?

The setup creates a secure WireGuard tunnel from the router to our server, so it works behind NAT, fibre ONTs and 4G modems.

Which countries do you support?

Tanzania, Kenya, Ghana and Nigeria. Customers pay in the local currency, and your earnings and monthly fee are in that same currency.

What happens if I don't pay the monthly fee?

You get a few days of grace after the due date. After that your portal pauses new sales until you pay; customers already online keep their time.
